WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, uninstalled, unmounted, unmodified, and in original packaging with no signs of test-fit or installation. Customers are responsible for return shipping, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Approved returns are issued as store credit only.
Do you accept returns on installed or test-fit items?
No. Any product that has been installed, test-fitted, mounted, modified, or damaged is not eligible for return or exchange.
How long does shipping take?
Most in-stock items ship within 3–5 business days. Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
Do you offer order cancellations?
Because orders begin processing immediately, we do not guarantee cancellations once an order is placed.

What happens if my item arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, click here to submit photos and start a claim within 48 hours of delivery. Our team will review your case and issue a replacement if approved.
What if my package is lost?
BMW Carbon Hub is not responsible for:
• Lost packages
• Stolen packages
• Carrier delays
• Misrouted shipments
• Packages marked “delivered” but not received
Once the carrier accepts the package, liability transfers to the customer. If your package is lost or stolen, you must file a claim directly with the carrier.
Do you cover fitment issues?
We guarantee proper fitment for the exact vehicle listed on the product page. If the wrong model or trim is ordered, the customer is responsible for return shipping and eligibility depends on product condition.
Are installation damages covered?
Each product undergoes a detailed quality inspection before it leaves our facility to ensure it arrives in perfect, undamaged condition.
Because we cannot oversee installation practices, any damage that occurs during installation, modification, or paint work is not covered.
For the best results, we recommend installation by a trusted professional familiar with BMW platforms.
Are pre-painted or custom-finished items returnable?
No. Any custom-finished, painted, special-order, or modified item is final sale and cannot be returned.
