Installation Liability Waiver

This Installation Liability Waiver (“Waiver”) applies to all products sold by BMW Carbon Hub (“we,” “our,” “us”). By purchasing, installing, or attempting to install any product from our store, you (“Customer”) agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Professional Installation Required

All BMW Carbon Hub products must be installed by a licensed professional automotive technician or body shop.

Home, DIY, or inexperienced installation automatically voids any claim for defective fitment or damage.

2. Customer Assumes All Installation Risk

By installing or attempting to install any product, you agree that BMW Carbon Hub is not responsible for:

  • Vehicle damage

  • Cracked or chipped carbon fiber

  • Broken tabs

  • Paint damage

  • Alignment issues

  • Electrical or sensor issues

  • Panel gaps or body line mismatches

  • Damage caused by forced fitment

All installation work is performed at your own risk.

3. Fitment Adjustment May Be Necessary

Carbon fiber is hand-laid and may require:

  • Minor trimming

  • Alignment adjustments

  • Sanding

  • Heat adjustment

  • Professional bodywork techniques

These are considered normal in the automotive aftermarket industry.

4. Pre-Fitment Inspection Required

Before installing, the customer must:

  • Inspect the product for visible defects

  • Test-fit the product before drilling, mounting, painting, or applying adhesives

If you proceed with installation without inspection, the product is considered accepted as-is.

5. No Returns on Installed Items

Once installation is attempted or completed:

  • The product is considered used

  • Returns are not accepted

  • No store credit is issued

This applies even if the product is later removed.

6. Customer Agreement

By purchasing from BMW Carbon Hub, you acknowledge and agree to this Waiver and accept all installation-related risk.
