Pre-Order Policy

This Pre-Order Policy applies to any product purchased before it is physically in stock.

By placing a pre-order, you agree to the terms below.

1. Payment Timing

Pre-orders are charged immediately at checkout to secure your place in production or allocation.

This includes:

  • Regular pre-orders

  • Made-to-order items

  • Backordered inventory

2. Estimated Lead Times

Lead times are estimates, not guarantees.

Delays may occur due to:

  • Manufacturing schedules

  • Shipping delays

  • Customs clearance

  • Production backlog

  • Global supply constraints

Delays do not qualify for refunds.

3. Cancellation Policy

All pre-orders are:

  • Non-refundable

  • Eligible for store credit only

  • Subject to a 25% cancellation fee if the item has entered production or been reserved

This fee protects production scheduling and allocation.

4. Shipping Timing

Pre-orders ship once all items in the order are available.

If you want in-stock items sooner, place separate orders.

5. Order Changes

We cannot modify pre-orders once production has begun.
