This International Shipping Policy applies to all orders shipped outside the United States.
1. Duties, Taxes & Customs Fees
International customers are fully responsible for:

Local postal charges
These fees are not included in product pricing or shipping cost.
BMW Carbon Hub does not reimburse these fees.
2. Customs Delays
Customs inspection may delay delivery.
BMW Carbon Hub is not responsible for:

Delays at customs
-
Storage or inspection fees
-
Packages refused by customs

Packages returned due to unpaid duties
If a package is returned:

Store credit is issued for the product only

Original shipping cost is non-refundable

Reshipment fees apply
3. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
International shipments may experience:

Misrouting
-
Long transit times
-
Carrier delays
-
Loss or theft
Once the carrier accepts the package, liability transfers to the customer.
All claims for loss/damage must be filed with the carrier.
4. Packaging & Transit Conditions
International transit may result in:

Box dents
-
Cosmetic packaging marks
-
Exterior wear
This is not considered product damage.
5. International Returns
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
BMW Carbon Hub does not reimburse international return postage under any circumstance.
